Shree Sai Estate was founded in Jaipur in 1994 by Manoj Bansal, a native of Rajasthan who believed that real estate consultancy in India could be practiced with the same care and quiet authority as the best private advisory firms in the world. From a single office in C-Scheme, he built a practice on three principles: only take listings you believe in, only introduce buyers to properties you would buy yourself, and never rush a client into a decision.

Three decades later, that practice has grown into one of Jaipur's most respected real estate consultancies — 3,000+ transactions across the city's most coveted neighbourhoods, channel partner status with every major developer in Rajasthan, and recognition from Asia One Magazine as one of the World's Greatest Leaders.
