Site Visit
We curate a shortlist of 3 to 5 properties — never 50. We accompany you personally on every visit, with context only a 30-year Jaipur insider can provide.
Due Diligence
We verify title, RERA registration, encumbrance, and structural integrity. Our legal and technical network covers every base before you sign anything.
Negotiation
We negotiate on your behalf with deep knowledge of current comparable transactions. Our only interest is your best price, not a faster commission.
Aftercare
We stay engaged after possession: mutations, interiors referrals, rental management, re-sale advisory. We are a lifelong resource, not a one-transaction relationship.
