Is the brokerage fee separate from the consultation fee?

Yes. The consultation fee covers the advisory session only. If you subsequently engage us as your agent for a property transaction, standard brokerage applies (1–2% of transaction value). The consultation fee is not deducted from brokerage — but the clarity you gain from the session typically saves you significantly more.
