• Resend (email delivery, data processed in EU under GDPR)
• Anthropic (AI model provider — your AI chat messages are subject to Anthropic's data processing terms; no personal identifiers are included in AI context without your knowledge)
• Supabase (database hosting, India/Singapore region)

5. Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023

As a Data Principal under DPDPA 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing)
• Nominate a grievance contact

6. Retention

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Prisma parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection, and server-side rate limiting. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We conduct annual security reviews.

We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where required, by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
