Is there a brokerage fee?

Our standard brokerage is 1% to 2% of the transaction value, typically charged on completion. We disclose all fees upfront with no hidden charges.

Can I buy remotely as an NRI?

Yes. We offer a full proxy service — inspections, negotiation, documentation, and possession management — handled under a power of attorney. See our Experience page for details.

What is RERA and why does it matter?

RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) is India's property buyer protection law. Every project above 500 sqmt or 8 units must be RERA-registered. We verify this for every listing we take on.

How long does a purchase typically take?

From shortlisting to registration: 4 to 8 weeks for a resale transaction. New builds can take 2 to 3 months including loan processing.

Do you help with home loans?

Yes. We have relationships with HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI, and Axis Bank. We can facilitate introductions and help prepare your file.

What stamp duty applies in Rajasthan?

6% for male buyers, 5% for female buyers, 5% for joint (male + female). Registration charge is 1% additional. We factor this into every budget discussion.

Can I negotiate the asking price?

In most cases, yes. We advise you on the realistic negotiation range based on current market data — not gut feel.
