What localities do you have rentals in?

What is the typical security deposit in Jaipur?

Standard practice is 2 to 3 months of rent as deposit. We negotiate deposit caps and document the condition of the property at handover to protect both parties.

Is a registered agreement mandatory?

Legally, any tenancy above 11 months requires registration in Rajasthan. We insist on this for all tenancies above 6 months. It protects you from arbitrary eviction and the landlord from non-payment disputes.

Can I rent as an NRI or relocating professional?

Yes. We offer a proxy service for those relocating from outside Jaipur — virtual tours, our assessment report, and end-to-end documentation before you arrive.

What is the brokerage for rentals?

Typically one month's rent, split between tenant and landlord. We are transparent about this from the first conversation.

What does aftercare include?

During your tenancy, we handle escalations with the landlord for maintenance failures, society access issues, and utility disputes. At renewal time, we negotiate on your behalf using current market data.

Do you have furnished and semi-furnished options?

Yes. We tag every listing with furnishing status. Fully furnished rentals are available in C-Scheme, Civil Lines, and Vaishali Nagar at a premium of 15 to 25% over bare-shell rents.

How quickly can I move in?

Subject to agreement signing and token advance, most properties can be ready for occupancy within 5 to 7 working days. We help you plan the timeline.
